By accessing or using Dental Growth Engine’s website, services, funnels, software platform, or any affiliated marketing systems, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not access our services.
Dental Growth Engine is operated by K2 TRADE LTD. All services, whether performance-based or software-related, are subject to the terms below and to applicable service agreements executed with each client.
Dental Growth Engine provides marketing and automation services to dental clinics, primarily through two models:
Performance-Based Patient Acquisition: You pay only for booked appointments after an onboarding setup.
Software-Only Access: Clinics may be granted approved access to our platform for a fixed monthly fee.
All services are subject to availability, approval, and business fit. We reserve the right to accept or deny access to any clinic at our sole discretion.
Clients on a performance-based plan are invoiced weekly (each Monday) for all booked appointments from the previous week. Payment is due within 7 calendar days of the invoice date.
If payment is not received within this timeframe, we may initiate forced payment collection using authorized third-party billing providers. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services without further notice.
Setup fees for onboarding and implementation are non-refundable once service begins.
Clients granted access to the Dental Growth Engine platform are given a non-transferable, limited-use license to utilize our software systems, funnels, CRM, and automations for the duration of their active subscription or campaign. Unauthorized distribution, duplication, or modification of platform assets is prohibited.
Software-only plans are subject to prior approval and may be declined based on eligibility, performance history, or other business criteria.
As part of our service, we send SMS messages to confirm and remind patients of their booked appointments.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying “STOP” to any message. After confirming your unsubscribe status, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, simply sign up again or request reactivation through your assigned support representative.

Please note: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Standard message and data rates may apply.

By using our services, you agree to act in good faith, comply with applicable laws, and honor the financial obligations outlined in your agreement.
Misuse of the platform, abusive behavior toward our staff, or manipulation of patient data will result in immediate service termination.
All cancellations must follow the policy outlined at:https://dentalgrowthengine.com/cancellation-policy (or in your custom client agreement, if applicable).
To summarize:
Setup fees are non-refundable once onboarding begins. Appointments delivered prior to cancellation must still be paid in full.
Software-only access can be canceled with 5 business days’ notice prior to the next billing cycle.
Refunds are not issued for partial billing periods or unused time.
All content, creative assets, landing pages, automations, and systems created by Dental Growth Engine remain the property of K2 TRADE LTD unless otherwise stated in writing.
Clients are granted usage rights only during an active subscription or agreement.
Dental Growth Engine and K2 TRADE LTD shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. This includes, but is not limited to, lost revenue, missed appointments, business interruption, or platform errors beyond our control.
Appointment Reminder & Confirmation Texts
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
