At Dental Growth Engine, we are committed to providing a seamless experience for our clients. Below is our official cancellation policy for software subscriptions, done-for-you services, and beta clients.
1. Software Subscription Cancellation
Clients subscribed to our Growth Engine Plan ($897/month) or Premium Growth Plan ($1,497/month) may cancel their subscription at any time with the following conditions:
• Monthly Subscriptions:
• Cancellations must be requested at least 5 business days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.
• Once canceled, access to the platform, automation, funnels, and business resources will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be provided.
• Annual Subscriptions (if applicable):
• Clients who opt for an annual subscription receive discounted pricing. Cancellation of an annual plan before the 12-month term will result in a prorated refund, minus any discounts applied and services rendered.
• How to Cancel:
• Cancellations must be submitted via email to [email protected] or through the account settings inside the platform.
• A confirmation email will be sent once the cancellation is processed.
2. Done-For-You Marketing Services Cancellation
For clients using our Done-For-You Patient Acquisition Services, the following cancellation terms apply:
• Month-to-Month Contracts:
• Clients may cancel their done-for-you services at any time with 14 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.
• If cancellation occurs during an active campaign, services will continue until the end of the current period, and no refunds will be provided for campaigns already launched.
• Performance-Based Clients (Beta Offer):
• Beta clients who signed up under our “No Service Fees Until 50 Leads” promotion can choose to cancel after the 50-lead commitment is met.
• If a client chooses to continue after the 50 leads, normal pricing will apply, and cancellations will follow the 14-day notice policy.
3. Refund Policy
• Software Fees: Software subscriptions are non-refundable once charged. Clients who cancel before the next billing cycle will not be charged for the following period.
• Marketing Services: Due to the nature of advertising and lead generation, no refunds are provided for services rendered. Any remaining ad spend will be discussed upon cancellation.
• Setup Fees: The one-time setup fee ($1,000) is non-refundable after onboarding and system implementation.
4. Service Pauses & Temporary Holds
• Clients may pause their subscription for up to 60 days if they are experiencing a temporary business slowdown.
• Requests must be sent to [email protected], and during the pause, all system automations will remain inactive until reactivated.
